By placing your order you have represented to Parkwood Wines & Spirits that you are at least 21 years old. All wines are sold in New York and the title passes to the buyer in New York. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The buyer claims sole  responsibility for the shipment of any wines. 

 

By completing your order (a payment has been received by us), you authorize Parkwood to act on your behalf and engage a common carrier to deliver your wine. When your wine is delivered, the delivery agent will require identification as proof that the recipient is 21 years old. Parkwood Wines & Spirits is not responsible for the return of any shipment due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges may be charged to you. 

 

Shipping rates are calculated in real time by FedEx or UPS and include a Shipping & Handling fee to cover the cost of the protective wine shipping boxes.

 

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, the delivery address MUST be a business or residential street address.

 

We are currently NOT able to ship to: Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Dakota, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas or Utah.
